The task of INfaBW Institute is to provide science-based, application- and target group-related qualification, coun-selling, research and development in the areas of occupa-tion, skills development and management. The Institute has an international focus and is driven by the desire to combine these tasks synergistically. Depending on the requirements of our clients, we work together to create successful solutions.

Prof. Dr. Michael Scharpf

Professor of Public Management at the Federal Employment Agency University (HdBA), lecturer 
at Esslingen University of Applied Sciences, Harz University of Applied Sciences and Andrássy 
Univer-sity Budapest, visiting professor at Jagiellonian University in Krakow/ Poland 
(until 2020) and the National University of Mongolia (NUM) in Ulaanbaatar/Mongolia. 
Numerous national and international projects (ERASMUS+, BMBF, GIZ) and publications. Chairman of the Hochschullehrerbund Baden-Württemberg 
e.V. (since 2015).

Prof. Dr. Bernd-Joachim Ertelt

Professor of Vocational and Business Education at the University of the Federal Employment Agency (HdBA) and at the Jan Długosz University (UJD) Częstochowa/Poland, lecturer at the University 
of Mannheim, foreign university professor at the Catholic University of Lublin/Poland (until 2020) 
and visiting professor at the National University of Mongolia (NUM) in Ulaanbaatar/Mongolia. Numerous national and international projects 
(EU, BMBF, GIZ) and publications.

Thomas Kurrle

Graduate industrial engineer (FH) in advertising technology and economics, advertising manager (IHK). More than 25 years of experience in project management, advertising and marketing agency management and cooperation with well-known national and international companies (e.g. Porsche, 
Mercedes-Benz, Lufthansa, Caverion, EnBW). 
Since 2020 responsible for Marketing & Communications/ IT at the Norwegian Dibber Group in Germany (leading Scandinavian provider for care and educational institutions).

Thomas Gollinger

Graduate sociologist (specialising in social psycho-logy and industrial sociology) with subsequent specialist training in human resources manage-
ment, many years of experience in human resource management in medium-sized companies, person-nel officer, head of personnel development and 
more than 25 years with overall responsibility as head of HR, additional training in systemic consul-ting, mediation and coaching, among other things.

Professor Joanna Gorna

1981 - start at WSS "Społem", working there for 
10 years, starting as a clerk and ending as Deputy Director of the Trade Office.

1992 - taking advantage of the favourable economic climate, opening an own business, ran for 15 years, employing more than 50 people at peak times.

1999 - begining of lecturing to students at the Higher School of Education (now the Jan Długosz University) - this is how my academic career began, in which I combine my knowledge with practical experience.

2003 - employed as an assistant at the Institute of Pedagogy in the Department of Vocational Counselling. Currently assistant professor, dealing with labour market problems and participating in national and international research projects on vocational education and counselling. Co-author of several books and dozens of scientific articles.

Since 2008 - starting with the University of the Third Age as a second area of activity and interest at the Jan Dlugosz University, being head of for more than 10 years now.

Dr. Rafał Głębocki 

Dr. Rafał Głębocki (Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa - JDU, Faculty of Science & Technology) has a doctorate in social sciences – pedagogy, specialization: ICT and educational models in the Network Society. He holds a professional degree – Executive MBA (Faculty of Computer Studies and Management, Wroclaw University of Science and Technology & Central Connecticut State University). He has broad experience in ICT in teaching and project development processes. He served as a project manager in IT enterprises. He was the Director of the Elearning Centre at SWPS University in Warsaw. He was an academic teacher at the Technology and Educational Media Chair at the Pedagogical University of Krakow. His activities at JDU embrace three main areas. He is an ICT and Project Management teacher and Faculty Coordinator for Distance Education at the Faculty of Science and Technology. He is a social science–pedagogy researcher, co-creator, and project manager of EU co-funded projects.

Agata Herczyk

Teacher, co-organizing special education at 
Municipal Kindergarten No. 37 in Częstochowa. 
With 19 years of experience, Agata is a certified teacher with a degree in preschool education, 
oligo-phrenopedagogy, Maria Montessori`s therapeutic pedagogy, early development support including edu-cation on the autism spectrum, 
and in special education. 
Agata has completed a number of courses, inclu-
ding behavioral therapy, art therapy, TUS social 
skills training and innovative working methods, including the observation of changes in the functioning of children in their peer groups -
based on cooperations with the psychological 
and pedagogical counseling center and other institutions supporting child development. 

DOROTA FUJARSKA

Pre-primary education teacher at Municipal Kindergarten No. 37 in Częstochowa. With 30 years 
of experience, Dorota is a certified teacher with a degree in preschool education and primary edu-cation, Maria Montessori's therapeutic pedagogy, 
and early development support including the education of a child with autism spectrum disorder. 
Dorata has completed a number of courses, e.g.
 in the field of hand therapy, behavioural therapy, 
art therapy and innovative working methods or effective cooperation with the child's parents and actively participates in various conferences and actions promoting the education of a child with disabilities in integration with children of intellectual norm. Dorata has participated in two EU projects "Fairytale Kindergarten" and "Happy Kindergarten".
